With this collection of facial massage techniques and the concentration method, I offer you my experience, explanations, insights, and inspiration.
On my journey I discovered that the key to improving the body’s condition and appearance is already in our own hands.
We do not need to acquire groundbreaking knowledge; no one else can give it to us — it already exists within the body.

The possibility of natural restoration

We do not need to use methods unnatural to the body to improve appearance.
It is enough if we can create the conditions under which the body begins to restore itself.
In other words, we offer the body and face regular care sessions.

Human vitality is maintained by the continuous renewal of cells. Some tissues are replaced within weeks, others within years.
It is through the interplay of these rhythms that the body’s durability is preserved.
If these cycles are supported with consistent attention, movement, and stimulation (in this case with the concentration method and facial massage), the body adopts new patterns, embraces new models, and is able to maintain them independently.
Natural training activities and the way the body acquires new skills are well known to all of us…
A similar mechanism of transformation and adaptation operates with these methods as well. Our conscious and consistent commitment teaches the body to become more attuned, to function in a better state, and over time the improved condition becomes established.

that as you grow older, you might have a surprisingly comfortable state of body instead of one that feels fragile or limiting.
You carry out all the activities you never had time for when you were younger.
You smile to yourself and say, “This is truly incredible, but that’s how it is.”
And you move on optimistically to the next activity.

The only doubt that may arise — is the effort of taking care of yourself worth it? (As I also wondered.)
But here I will not try to convince you.
Temptation, inspiration, and joy must come from within you.
Then it will carry you.
The choice is yours.



When your condition has already begun to improve, you may think it is unusual…
But only because experiential writings are rare.
Actual activity for the benefit of your appearance and body is not unusual.
It is ordinary and natural.

The greatest challenge is consistency

Where to find motivation when initial results are few?

The real key lies within us, not in the techniques

The true key is our body and ourselves, our mind.
The techniques are only stimulative — nothing extraordinary.
Inspiration comes from imagery or the appeal of perspective.
I was prepared to work, knowing that the results would appear slowly. Two years had already passed, and I still wasn’t fully satisfied, waiting for the moment when I could say — now it’s already good.
Now, four years have passed since I began (with one year in between when I didn’t practice regularly), and I can say — it is more than good! Feeling the improvements in my body and seeing my face in the mirror, it becomes impossible to regret.

Facial massage and the growth of well-being in the body can just as well be a training goal

Stimulating the body or face does not differ from years-long training aimed at strengthening or improving skill.
The only difference is that here you train the body not for energy expenditure but to offer yourself well-being and restoration.
Why not choose such a training routine?
In essence, there is no difference in the activities themselves — in both cases regular and consistent practice is important; only that stimulating well-being is more pleasant and easier…

Improvement continues

Four years of consistency…
Caring for oneself is actually an enjoyable activity.
Now the results are indescribably satisfying — and ahead lies the knowledge that it will get even better.
Have I really stimulated my over-sixty-year-old body to become better?
Has my appearance become more youthful?
Experientially — yes.
And since improvement continues, it is particularly satisfying to think that despite the added years, everything continues to become better.
Thus far, everything has worked this way.

I have won this stage of life only because I have had calm patience and the ability to accept small successes.
And the inability to accept that age-related characteristics would begin to limit my body and movement.
The social model of achieving a lot and doing it quickly does not suit the body at all.
The body has its own rhythm and must be approached differently.

The body is a component of nature and its essence is natural.
And just as a gardener contributes to the step-by-step care of plants during their growth period without expecting fruits immediately, we must approach our own self-investment in the same way.
The fruits will come in their own right time, and thus everything is natural and in balance.

My name is Lydia Adone. I have worked as a massage therapist for over 25 years. During this time, I have seen how reliable (and often remarkable) the body’s natural ability to recover truly is.
In my sixties, I felt the desire to consciously support the rejuvenation of my face in a natural and body-friendly way.
I started from the same place where you may be right now — from uncertainty about whether facial massage actually works.
(What an unreasonable doubt, in hindsight… if the body responds to massage and recovery, how could the face be an exception? But I wasn’t thinking that way back then… 😊).

The collection grew out of my own journey and my desire to see how consistent practice affects the face and the body.
11 months of documenting facial massage
I recorded all techniques and results over the course of 11 months.

12 months of the focus method
After that, I spent a full year doing only concentration sessions.
The changes in my face and body are documented on the concentration method page.

Here are my responses to some questions you might have.

Our guide does not set strict rules; trust your intuition and your body! Here are a few recommendations:

  • Familiarize Yourself First: Start by reviewing the descriptions of the techniques and watching the brief overview of each technique’s essence presented at the beginning of the videos.
  • Body Tone: If you feel tired or if your body tone is not yet optimal, prefer gentler techniques or start with the Positive Concentration Method.
  • When Energetic: If you feel energetic and ready, you can try stronger techniques.
  • Order: If desired, you may perform sessions in the same order as the techniques are presented, or stick to your favorite technique.

Author’s Recommendation

The Concentration Method was developed by me before the physical techniques, and it showed good results both in courses and in personal practice. Still, I believed that for facial restoration it is beneficial to begin with the stronger physical techniques. At present (4 years have passed since I started), I do one physical session per week and 1–2 Concentration Method sessions.

Yes, absolutely! The Facial Massage Video Collection is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior experience.

The techniques are simple and easy to follow, and each movement includes clear instructions.
The most important thing is to learn to sense your own body and apply the techniques in a way that is always beneficial for you.

Ideally, you should learn to understand your body’s needs and adjust the frequency of the sessions accordingly.

My routine and experience
I started with facial massages 2–4 times a week for almost a year, each session lasting 20–45 minutes. The exception was the period of daily massages — when I was developing the techniques, I practiced them for about a month almost every day for 20 minutes.

At present (4 years have passed since I started), I do one physical session per week and 1–2 Concentration Method sessions.

Yes, that is possible. If desired, you may choose to purchase only the Concentration Method video and focus solely on that path.

No, you do not. The Facial Massage Video Collection already includes that video.

Noticeable results usually appear after about two months, as shown in the facial massage video “Massage Rejuvenates the Face!”.

However, you may observe positive changes already after one month.
The videos “Massage with Feelings” and “‘Sessions of Positive Feelings Work Wonders With the Body…” show that sometimes results can appear even faster.

Yes, shorter sessions can also be effective and lead to the desired results.
• Once the body is familiar with the facial massage techniques, even daily shorter sessions can be beneficial — especially if this suits your rhythm and state of mind.

My recommendation and experience
For example, I did daily 20-minute sessions with glass tools for a month, and the results were noticeable. Despite that, I prefer longer sessions 2–4 times a week. My experience as a massage therapist shows that the body needs rest and sufficient recovery time for the positive changes to become firmly established.

Even less frequent sessions yield results, especially if you perform them consistently. However, in this case, the results will appear more slowly.

The Facial Massage Video Collection includes two gentler methods – the Massage with Feelings and the Concentration Method. These are usually suitable even after facial surgery. However, always rely on your own experience and make decisions based on that.

For other massage techniques, it is crucial to consult a doctor or a relevant specialist beforehand.

In the case of fillers, facial massage techniques of normal strength and intensity may not be suitable at all.

The Massage with Feelings and the Concentration Method in the video collection are well-suited for people with more sensitive facial skin or specific physical conditions.

Later, when you feel more confident, you may try stronger techniques.
It is essential to learn to understand your body and recognize its limits.
In the case of serious facial or bodily issues, discuss the possibility of facial massages with your doctor.
